Your Modern House can be installed on a classic strip foundation. We can also prepare the house for modern screw pile foundation and recommend you conduct a soil test. Get in touch to find a local partner.

Section 5 Declaration
We recommend you apply for a Section 5 Declaration once you've chosen your Modern House. This is not a must have, but is crucial for future resale, mortgage and insurance.
