We are a family business. After many years of working in the Nordic countries, gaining experience in building modular homes, we saw a growing demand in Lithuania. We pooled our savings into a regular modular home company and with some new additions to the team, we brought it into the new era of modern wooden modular homes.

Our Story
We are a family-run construction company specializing in the construction of modern wooden modular homes. Our goal is to build the highest quality modules that are sustainable and long-lasting. We carry out the work as if we were building our own homes - carefully, qualitatively and responsibly.

We offer various modular solutions: from residential modular homes to frame summer houses and modular saunas. We are experts in building modular homes, as well as projects that meet the desired energy class, including the cost of building an A++ house. Our work includes both individual residential homes and additional structures such as garages, terraces or steam baths.

We build modern modular summer houses and implement projects according to unique requirements. We also offer fully equipped solutions – modular houses with full finishing, and we also know the answer to the question “how much does it cost to build a house of 100 square meters?”
