ON-SITE CONSULTATION
During the consultation, you can see sample homes. You make all the important decisions – price, building type, size and design, and leave all the finer details to us.

ENGINEERING
Our team of architects and interior designers will work with you to create a detailed project. At this stage, we determine the price of the modular units and prepare for construction.
04.
CONSTRUCTION
We carry out construction work accurately and professionally according to the project plan - for example, we can build an 80m2 modular house in 4 weeks. We also carry out all necessary inspections, ensuring that we meet all quality requirements and energy standards.
05.
INSTALLATION
We deliver 85% of the completed modules to your chosen location. Final assembly is carried out on site, to your chosen level of finish – from partially furnished to fully furnished solutions.
06.
QUALITY GUARANTEED
We offer the standard warranties you would get from a regular home. Whether it's a prefabricated sauna, a wooden sauna or a Scandinavian summer house, we guarantee your satisfaction.
