Adam and Ineta purchased a plot of land in MarijampolÄ— and wanted to build an A+ class house before starting a family. They didn’t want to wait long and decided to choose a wooden modular house.

They chose the “Modern House” option “Classic” – our master plan that can be fully customized to your needs. Our experienced team helped them with financing and obtaining approvals.

They were able to move in within 3 months, and after 2 years we built a 50 square meter extension, adding 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms to the house and a separate garage.

The Stromski family contacted us because they wanted to move out of their rented apartment and wanted a modern house with A energy efficiency, a garage and enough rooms for the children to play and study.

Here's how BirutÄ— designed her grandparents' house in the countryside with Modern House

BirutÄ— from Vilnius wanted to move to the countryside and leave her apartment in the city to her grandson. She wanted a simple way to build a small 50 square meter house that she could easily manage.

When she came to Modern House, she thought that modular homes were very expensive, but we were a much more economical option and she immediately started choosing the color of the walls.

Her needs were simple and she chose our Eko Premium option, but upgraded it to A++ energy class, and also added a terrace and parking space.
